Best L4-L5 Disc Bulge Exercise Routine (2024) - Dr. Walter Salubro Chiropractor in Vaughan ON
Effective exercise routine for L4-L5 disc bulge, L5-S1 disc bulge.
Dr. Walter Salubro takes you through mobilization and stetching exercises for L4-L5 disc bulge symptoms and L5-S1 disc bulge symptoms. The goal of these L4-L4 disc bulge exercises is to reduce pain through mobilization of the lumbar spine and pelvis. Also, exercises like lumbar extension exercise have been show to help reduce disc bulge pressure in the lower lumbar spine allowing for a decrease in lower back pain and in some cases even reducing leg pain. L4-L5 disc herniations or L5-S1 disc herniations cause a lot of severe sypmptoms like lower back pain, leg pain, numbness, tingling, and muscle weakness. Be sure you check with your doctor first to ensure this exercise routine is right for you.

BINGO !! Dr Salumbro, You Said It! I will Be Watching with tremendous Interest. I'm 72, male, living with a 1" short right Leg since 1966 after a fractured femur resulted in the shortness at age 15. That Leg Length Discrepancy has had a tremendous impact on spinal health and as a result my well being. SI Joint Inflammation, L5-S1 Spondylolisthesis, Spondylosis in the entire spine, disc herniations, and Dextroscoliosis of 25 degrees. The LLD was left Unaddressed by the dr at the time and that really began to affect me about 16 years or so later !!

Both legs strongly numb from the knees to tip of toes. Pain down left leg even to the foot sometimes. Bilateral lumbar. Mid to severe. Herniated disc..buldging disc..Spondylitis. Siatica. Spinal stenosis. Levo/scoliosis. 17% loss of rotation. Hip impingement.and more...have all these injuries for over 3 years now, and all has crawled up my spine clear to my neck the pain is absolutely stunning deep sore and sharp all through my body is so painfull, i have to take 900mgs of GABA ever 6 hours, accompany by strong FLEX for muscle spasms, legal max HYDRO, 2 kinds anxiety meds, and PROPRAN. again... all of these meds repeat to every 6 hours together, except anxiety medications. As i WAS a aerobic teacher and caregiver I try to stay strong as possible, yet I believe my mind is suffering in isolation. Thank you for your videos let's me understand why these things are happening. xoxo❤

I’m currently waiting my MRI tomorrow and EMG in 2 weeks. My surgery is on hold. I have no back, hip or thigh pain. Only calf. Steroids have helped. Is there anything I can do for the numbness in my foot? It’s lingering. I need this gone as my pain in my knee is awful! I fear it’s from my walking bad from my knee pain.
